K'un L'un Mountains -- Mongolia(#2353RFJ)

This small desolate traders town seems barely alive. People move left
and forward as if almost in a dance. The wind here nips at you and you can see
not far, the border of these Tibetan Mountains. Several of the Trees seem to
take on the vision of snow, and the old Monestary to the Xao Jin, sits guarding
the path up and into the Mountains of K'un L'un. The nearby village also offers
safety. A placed called the Drunken Ape Inn sees very warm in the environment.
The Path up the mountain seems worn and dangerous.

The Landlord blinks. "Gold Child! They ssay there is a fortune in the mountains!
Maybe the Prophet child knows. He's building a wall. They say he sends scounds
up the mountain. To find the gold."

Dawn takes a small bite of the meat, visibly cocking her head in an attitude of
thought. "What would a group of monks wish with a trove of gold, sir? I suppose
it is possible, though." She takes another hungry nibble. "Maybe if I knew more
about them I could guess."

The Landlord walks over to talk to a few more patrons. He turns back. "The
Prophet child comes here occasionally to trade for rice. PErhaps we will ask
him."

A man in the corner wrapped in a bearskin puffs on a wooden pipe. "Havven't you
heard the legend's child?"

Tokitaro barges in through the door. He looks around the room, seeing the
Landlord and Dawn eating a feast.

The Landlord yells. "Shut the door!"

Dawn nods her head, exaggerated slightly to bob the hat. To the man in the
corner, she tilts her head. "Legends? No.. I have travelled long and far, and
the legends of my home are not the legends of here. Might you.. tell it to me,
good sir?"

Dawn glances briefly to the door.

Tokitaro ignores the man, and stands there for a moment. Finally, he shuts the
door, "So sorry."

The Landlord nods. "Sit by the fire. Have some meat. I remember you, you came in
with this girl. Right?"

Tokitaro walks over to the fire. He takes a seat, and slightly nods, "Yes, I
did."

This young mans appears to be broad and in well shape, fitted in chinese garbs.

The Landlord lifts an eyebrow. "Where are the other three?"

You say "Perhaps they dug in to wait out the storm?"

Tokitaro nods, "Like Murako said, they're waiting out the terrible storm."
Tokitaro says, "I wish I could have stayed last night, I have no clue what
I'm doing, or talking about. :)"

The Landlord pours a cup of Hot tea for Tokitaro. "What kind a fool father takes
his family up here into this hell! Worthless man of a father you have! What is
the purpose?"

Dawn nods, ditto.

Dawn has Gwen's explanation.. 'Like, totally hi! We're like, on a mission
to Tibet. There, we will serve Tea. Mr. Buddha said to bring a friend.' After
that I kinda had RL interfere.
"
Danny Rand says, "here's the break down. Your in the most desolate looking
trading town in the world. The monestary, has a wall that blocks the path up the
mountain. Pietro went up the mountain last night. Why don;t you talk to each
other, your both undercover posing as a family."

Dawn waves Tokitaro over. "Brother, you must be cold.. Please, come share some
of my noodles and warm up.."

The Landlord shakes his head. "Crazy Old man, your father must be nuts."
The other guests in the corner are silent. One smokes a pipe.
a guy in the corner smiles a toothless smile. "Hey son, want some opium? That'll
warm you up."

Tokitaro wraps a nearby blanket around himself. He nods to the Landlord as if
saying 'thanks' and snatchs the hot tea, gulping it down. He moves down towards

Dawn, and turns his attention towards the Landlord, "Actually, I have no real
purpose here. But I am wondering aboust some monks..."

Dawn throws her arms around Tokitaro and gives him a hug. "I was worried. This
storm is terrible!"

The Landlord looks at Tokitaro. "You go where your father bids you to go. Do you
not?"

The guy in the corner smiles. "I have poppy seeds! Heh heh."

Tokitaro smirks, "I wasn't willing to wait out for the storm to end, so I left
them to themselves, and headed out on my own."

Tokitaro says, "Poppy seeds? We got some crazy guys here. ;)"
The guy smiles. "You sure about that Opium? IT'll warm you up good."

Tokitaro peers at the toothless man, "Um, no thanks..."
the Toothless guy goes back to his opium pipe.

The Landlord wipes down a table. "I'll be right back Child and we shall talk
more abotu those monks."

Dawn smiles softly and nods her head under the hat. "Yes, sir, thank you." To
Tokitaro, "Did Father say anything?"

Tokitaro shakes his head, "I left before anyone knew. How are you...?" He looks
about the room at all the glaring men and toothless idiots, "Has anyone bothered
you?" He watches the Landlord wander off.

The toothless opium dealer falls asleep.

Dawn squeezes Tokitaro's hand softly. "No, no, they've been quite kind. Did they
go far? I was concerned when the storm came up.."

The guy with the pipe goes to get some ale.

Tokitaro mutters into Dawn's ear, "I'm here because I was sent here by Gwen. I
need to remain undercover and get information on the Monks, as well as retreive
you, and return to Gwen and the others."

Tokitaro says, "Was any particular player playing as my 'father?'"

Dawn nods once and murmurs. "the innkeeper says the prophet child occasionally
trades here for rice. He said there was rumors of a lot of gold in the mountain,
and that the monks go into the mountains searching for something. He said the
prophet, he can see the future.."

Tokitaro gives a slight nod, "Should we stay here and learn more, or run out
now?"

Dawn mmmhs. "The man in the corner said there was a legend, and I haven't heard
it yet.."

Tokitaro frowns, "Which man?"

Dawn nods toward the man in the corner, with the wooden pipe.

Tokitaro throws a small rock at the toothless man, hoping to wake him up, "Hey
you..."

The toothless man stirs. "Eh?"

Dawn winces a bit, and chews on the meat.

The toothless man lifts an eyebrow. "Change your mind Boy?"

Tokitaro frowns and shakes his head, "No, not that. My sister tells me you know
of some legend, I'm want to hear it, if you don't mind telling us about it."

The Toothless man peers at Pietro. "If you want opium fine, othe wise I get paid
for me stories."

Danny Rand pages: Gwen left you some gold. :)

Tokitaro says, "I just noticed I'm set +ooc."

Dawn mmmhs.. "What.. would you wish in return?"

Tokitaro whispers to Dawn, "How about we wager his life for the story...." A
joke, obviously.

Dawn treats Tokitaro to a sharp elbow in the ribs.

The toothless man smiles at Dawn. "For you, i will tell for free, obviously your
brother lacks his sister's family discipline."

Dawn bows deeply. "Thank you so much, good sir.."

Tokitaro frowns, "Family discipline? I'll pound you int...." He stops when he
realizes what he's saying...

The toothless man puffs on his pipe. "They say an ancient city used to be in the
mountains. They call it the city that isn;t there. They say a fortune in gold
lies there."

The Landlord laughs. "Fairy Stories!" He pours Tokitaro another glass.

Dawn leans forward a bit, listening closely. "An ancient city?"

The toothless man grins "I heard a monk was sent up into the mountains three
weeks ago. He returned half alive and in a state of disorient, but he described
a city that had women and gold and riches in it. Then he died."

The toothless man taps Tokitaro with his pipe. "I'd like to get up there to some
of that stink, if you get what i mean. Mwa ha ha."

The Toothless man smiles. "Bet this old man could still do some damage."

Tokitaro picks up a fairly large rock with one hand, something a normal man
would need to pick up with both hands, "Maybe he isn't fully awake."

Dawn hisses. "brother..!"

The toothless man looks at Tokitaro angrily. He looks at you. "You keep your
rocks to yourself you ungrateful wrestch nd doen't wake me again."

The toothless man sinks back into the corner, grumbling.

Tokitaro grumbles, and tosses the rock, "Look old man, save your dreams for
someone who could give a rats ass, I just want to hear the story."

You say "I can't take you anywhere, can I?"

The toothless man grumbles in the corner. "Least i didn;t abandon my father and
family."

Tokitaro mutters, "At least I have a father and family."

The toothless man smiles. "Maybe, if they areyn't dead."

Tokitaro grins, "Perhaps, but I still have my sister." He yawns a turns around,
giving Dawn a slight wink while at it.

Dawn sighs and rolls her eyes a bit.

The toothless man slips into the corner and goes back to sleep.
You say "Well.. That's that.."

The Landlord attends to a room. The place is silent.

Tokitaro whispers to Dawn, "Mindless old man, hell, at least I have teeth.
Anyways, from what I know, that legend is somewhat true. I've been to the place.
Nude women walk around and bathe in pools of water with no concern. Gold is a
common thing up there. But I don't know anything about a monk coming back here
from there, severly hurt..."

Dawn nhs. "I -would- have asked about that next, if you hadn't been such an ass.
Honestly, brother, you -must- learn the virtues of courtesy and politeness."

Suddenly the door opens. Five armored men enter, led by a child who can't be
more that eight or Nine. The child speaks. "My name is Xao-Jinn. I am the
prophet child of the Xao-Jinn monks! I am looking for able bodied men to seek
their fortune. I've discovered a treasure in the mountains. I charge men who
will come with me and make their fortunes! Who is game?"

Tokitaro chuckles, and pours more tea for himself, as well as his 'sister', "I
think I'll pass." He takes a sip of his hot tea, and continues, "So, up the
mountain, there's a city through a gate. Basically, there's a whole society
ther..." He stops when the men barge in.

All the men in the room get down and bow, even the landlord.
Xao crosses the room. He's nearly ludicrous lookng, but the monks behind him are
very armored and very dangerous looking. He looks at Dawnn. "You what is your
name?"

Dawn blinks twice. "A treasure? What kind of treasure might you have found that
needs good men to be out in this nightmare of a storm?" He bows politely to Xao.
"My name is Murako, good sir."

Tokitaro doesn't budge, and continues to drinks his tea.

Tokitaro says, "You're a man now?"

Xao looks enraged for a nine year old child. "I am the ruler here. It is merely
treasure that must be mine."

Dawn says, "He said he was looking for men."

Tokitaro says, "Ok. :)"

Xao looks at Tokitaro. "Your brother looks strong. Would he be willing to join
us. I'd pay two dao a day."

Tokitaro says, "Is he talking to me?"

Dawn bows. "Your.. highness. I had no idea. I merely was curious as to the
nature of such a treasure that might not wait until the passing of the storm. As
for my brother, I would not dare speak for his wishes."

Xao waves his hand. "One of my men is dead! I will avenge him."

You say "Dead, your noble magesty? From the cold of the storm?"

Tokitaro frowns, "You're going to avenge one of your dead men by taking

treasure...?"
Xao blinks. "It's my treasure. I am the holy child. I want it I want it I want
it."

Tokitaro says "Why?"

The landlord makes a motion to Tokitaro to SHUT UP!

 Dawn says, "Pity."

The Landlord makes a cut cut cut motion with his hand.
Tokitaro waits for the little brat to answer him....

Xao screams. "I am the son of Heaven! I take what i want!"

Tokitaro shakes his head, "No, you hire others to take what you want, and bring
it back to you. Then you disguard them like rag dolls. I don't see why you want
more treasure when you have more than enough, too much of one thing is
worthless." He listens to Xao scream and whine, and looks at the men bowing at
the boy, feeling pity. He goes back to sipping his tea.

Dawn bows slowly. But leaves her hands near a certain fold of her furs,
innocuously.

Xao moves his hand. "How dare you. if you go near my monestary I will have you
shot. Rememberthat!"

Tokitaro tries not to laugh, though it's obvious he wants too, "Yes, your
*cough* highness."

Xao and his guards leave. the room is silent.

Tokitaro says "Anyone for some tea?"

The Landlord starts yelling. "Are you nuts he has over 600 men with him! I'm a
famlmiylu man! This is my business."

The toothless man puffs his pipe. "Indeed young man, remember the golden rule."

Tokitaro says "600 men? Then why the hell did he barge in here asking for
warriors?"

Dawn watches out the door, until the 'evil overlord' time seems past. "He is a
fool, and he is not at one with the Tao. He, too, shall pass." She bows a bit,
sagely.

The Landlord rubs his chin. "I don't know, All I know is he makes the rules and
I follow them."

Tokitaro says "I'm not you."

The Landlord glares at Tokitaro. "Then be yourself in another inn! "

Dawn bows to the landlord humbly. "I most humbly apologise for any concern we
may have caused you, kind sir. We shall depart now, if you feel it is best."

Dawn feels like an object lesson in an eastern philosophy class. =)

The tootless man grins. "I know he'll pass young one. But i want to make sure he
doesn't take us with him." He smiles as best he cam.

Tokitaro stands up and straghtens his furs, "God, what a greedy little kid."

The Landlord takes some Rations and puts them in a bag for Pietro. "Take these.
I may be mad, but I wish suffering on no man."

Tokitaro takes the bag and nods, "Thanks." He wanders to the door, and says
"Come sister." And with that, he heads out.

Dawn nods, bowing again. "Thank you, noble sir. May the heavens smile upon your
kindness. We will trouble the tranquility of your fine inn no further."

Dawn says, "Just as long as I don't have to spend days on end alone. =)"

The Toothless man smiles. "Good luck young Murako. May fortune find you--and
patience find your Brother."

Tokitaro chuckles, "I'm fine with that."

Dawn bows and hurries after her brother. "Brother..! Wait up.."

Tokitaro awwwws, "You took the fun outta it." ;)

Outside the near town, in the storm, the Young Xao is talking to the Monks. The
are drilling with weapons. "We shall take the treasure of the anceint city and
spread my law through the land."

Xao takes his monks int the monestary and closes the gates.
The doors aroud the town lock. There 's a definite sense of danger.

The storm s getting worse.
A cloud drifts across the sky, perpendicular to the prevailing winds.
Tokitaro sighs, "Oh yay. We should have stayed in the Inn for the night."
Dawn murmurs, curling up a bit into her furs, "Brother, where do you plan to
bring us to now? I thought the inkeeper was most kind. I do hope that horrible
boy doesn't seek to trouble him more."

Tokitaro sees the boy and his army walk in the monestary. He picks up Dawn, and
smiles, "Hold on, and cover yours face, the storm will hurt you at the speed
we're about to go."

Dawn nods and covers herself up, covering her hat tightly over her head against
the furs.

Tokitaro holds Dawn tightly, and runs off. The snow flares outwards from his
feet as he runs around the gates quickly. He tries to avoid the snow from
pounding on his face, but doesn't succeed at all, since the storm is bad.
Moments later, he makes it around the gates unseen, or at least just a blur,
because of his incredible speed, though, the snow flaring out would probably
catch someones attention.

The Guards do not see. Pietro is up the moutain and to the cave in a matter of
seconds. The care is vast. IT's huge and there are two huge pillars of stone
with Heiroglypics on them. The room is filled with a mural which looks like it
was painted by hand and is centuries old.

Dawn hides under the hat and furs, until she senses the movement stop.
Tokitaro sets Dawn down. He claws his numb face, raking off all the snow and
frost that pasted itself on him while he was running. His fingers leave trails
of white from where he rubs his face, the rest remaining red.

Dawn winces. "Are you okay?"

The cave is filled with a huge Mural. It stretches from wall to wall and has
anceint writing on it. You have a real sense of history in this room. This cave
that was chiseled out of bare rock!

Tokitaro smiles, "I could take a hit from the Hulk and not feel a thing, my face
is numb." he peers around the room, "This is where we want to be to get to the
others. I'm not sure how it works, but it creates some sort of wormhole, portal,
gate, something like that." He looks at the two pillars, "Ever seen Sliders on
T.V.? That's a good example."

You say "Once or twice. I went to school with some of the stars though. What's
the painting?"

Tokitaro says "Those anceint writings? No idea. Last time I was here, a short
bald guy knew how to work everything, I was only thinking of one thing, and that
was finding Danny."

Dawn huhs. "Danny?"

Tokitaro shakes his head, "Just a friend." He peers at the two pillars once
more, "I think I know how it works. All you have to do is walk between those two
pillars."

Dawn nods. She walks forward toward the pillars. "Only live twice."
Tokitaro chuckles, and walks forward between the pillars.

Suddenly the two pillars begin to glow. A random stream of energy lances out
from them forming a swirling green vortex! It lances out and grabs Dawn and
Pietro and sucks you both throuh a long slide of swirling lights! You see Saturn
and Jumpitor and planets and then you see a flash of light and you roll out onto
green grass!

The Fabled City of K'un L'un

Separated from the world itself, you notice as you approach that this
great and vast piece of Land floats in the center of nothingness. It is all
selfsustaining and beautiful. The Suda Cherry trees are in bloom and the white
lotus float in harmony down a nearby stream which seems to replenish itself. The
walls of stone stand firm and strong with many mythic rune like qualties. This
place is alive and to your left and right is a world like something out of
feudal japan. Tall temples with oriental seals and symbols stand guarded by men
with armored swords.
The paths along the city run in different directions revealing spacious
Oriental gardens and benches. The streets are filled with Geisha's and Warriors.
Beyond the tall city walls that have many armored Samurai guarding them,
you can see what looks like a Valley, Though the city is situated in part of the
valley, there are green fields beyond this valley that are filled and alive with
poppy plants and suda trees.
The shadow of mount Shou-lou is very Ominous and you can see a lake in
the distance and even a waterfall. The air is beautiful and laste Orange
Blossoms occasionally fall.
Drunken merriment can be heard from nearby tea-houses and in the sky you
can make out the vision of occasional winged creatures who loop and dance in the
air.

Tokitaro flies through the gate and lands on his arse, "Damnit, this happened
last time." He gets up and brushes himself off.

Tokitaro waves to the short guy. ;)

Oyei has arrived.
GROVE
Before you is a rather small fellow, no more than 4'10", and looks like he might
weigh in at about 110 pounds, but there is something about him that makes one
warry of him, a strength to him. The main color of this costumed hero is a dark
oak brown, with dark spruce green trim. it is NOT splotches as one would see in
army camoflauge clothes, but like vines perhaps. At his side is a 6" inch knife,
along with several small pouches. To conceal his identity, he's wearing a spruce
green strip of cloth with hole cut eye for his eyes. The costume makes this
fellow's spruce green hair (fairly long hair at that) stand out.

Grove grins and then waves to Oyei.

Oyei stands outside a tea house, washing a cart.

The girl loads a pile of tablecloths on the cart, and begins to push it across

Fukiyama steps out into the air. "aaah Oyei. You do me honor. You may take some

Fukiyama steps out into the air. "aaah Oyei. You do me honor. You may take some

Another servant takes the cart from Oyei.

Tokitaro pulls out some chinese garbs, "Take off the furs, and put these on."

Grove says, "I'm not icly here yet..only oocly."

Dawn nods. She undresses and slips the other clothes on in a flash, looking
around to make sure she's wearing them right.

Shunsho has arrived.

Tokitaro nods, "Good, and remember, you're Murako." He removes his furs, and
fits on the garbs as well.

Murako nods. "Yes, brother."

A young girl, no more than fifteen or so, dressed in the most basic of
chinese peasant clothes.
Her long sleeved red blouse, having no buttons, is secured by
frog-fasteners that run up the middle, embroidered in yellow cloth. It is
secured over a pair of loose black pants, belted with a single strip of cloth
which is knotted at the side. Her feet are bare, except for a pair of black
slippers.
Her short black hair hangs over her open and peaceful face, whitened
delicately with powder. Her hands are scarred from work, but her finger
movements are deft and graceful. She wears an eyepatch over her left eye, a
white symbol painted on the ebony wood.

&D-DAWN cmd=Young, pretty, and female, 5'9" with long blonde hair, walking
smoothly with that high-bred air that draws attention to her, like it or not.
Dawn almost bounces with each step with her limitless energy. Today she's
wearing a silky white shirt, puffy and loose, with long sleeves and a
turtleneck, over stretchy black leggings and tastefully well designed brightly
decorated white shoes, not tacky and overdone like a lot of modern trend shoes.
She wears a small backpack wherever she happens to be, usually. More secure than
a purse. She looks a bit familiar, if you follow movies you may have seen her..

Fat Fukiyama looks to Shunsho. He gives him a pouch of gold. "Take care of your
sister and eat. /i will see you in two hours."

Tokitaro looks about once more, and spots Oyei and Fukiyama. He nods a little
towards her, "As soon as Fukiyama leaves, we'll go and talk to Oyei."

Fukiyama goes back into his tea house

Shunsho bows to Fukiyama making sure to catch the pouch of gold saying "Ah,
thank you master." before he goes over to Oyei saying "Are you well sister?

Oyei bows to Fukiyama. She crosses the courtyard. As she passes Pietro, she
steps on his foot, and continues on.
Set.

Murako nods softly to Oyei, smiling at the impoliteness softly.
Set.

Oyei mutters a word under her breath, to the pair. "Follow." It should be silent
enough for no-one else to hear.

Shunsho nods and does just that and follows Oyei looking arround to make sure
they aren't followed.

Murako quietly walks after Oyei.

Tokitaro smiles as Oyei passes, "Come sister, we have things to attend too." He
smiles and starts to head towards Oyei.

Shunsho (Male) looks at you. murako

Oyei vanishes around the back of a building. In the shadows, she waits. When the
others catch up, she explains, "So, it is to be war from both sides, then."

Shunsho nods saying "Oh, great this isn't going to be good, I suppose that means
we are going to get to be warriors after all."

Murako nods softly. "That dreadful boy has an army of six hundred. He's a fool
to expect to attack in the storm raging, though."

Tokitaro shurgs, "I just wanna give that greedy kid a spankin'."

Oyei says "We must end it before it begins. Death is nothing to play with. And
if the fools are allowed to fight, many will die."

Shunsho nods saying "Well, how do you stop this sort of thing we can very well
just get six hundred soldiers all to go home again."

Oyei says "The weakest point of any army is their belly."

Oyei says "No. The fattest target is their belly."

Oyei says "The weakest point is their head."

Oyei says "What man would follow a fool?"

Tokitaro says "Apparently all 600 of those men."

Murako contemplates. "Only a fool would follow a fool." She steeples her fingers
in thought.

Oyei says "We are here to observe, and protect Master Rand. When he needs us, we
will be ready. Yes?"

You say "Yes."

Shunsho nods and says "Yes." and and rubs his temples sligtly saying "Well, lets
see why not get the commander drunk that would make him looking very foolish
wouldn't it,?"

Oyei says "What man would follow a _joke_?"

Tokitaro repeats, "Apparently all 600 of those men."

Oyei says "If events come to events, a girl may have to defeat the general."

Murako raises an eyebrow. "In what way?"

You say "I'm a good fighter, if it comes to that. I'm not sure my parents would
approve of this caper being bumped up past an 'R' rating in some respects
though."

Oyei says "I was planning on being a bit more subtle. There is a certain skill
in the accidental combat... Still. We are here to observe. The boy outside is as
much a fool as the man inside?"

From the tea house, across the street and pretty far away, Fukiyama yells,
"Oyei! Shunsho! We have extra work! is that your brother? Come quick!"
Shunsho hrms saying "Well, would it work they don't seem to like women much, if
they were beaten by one no one would take them seriously, course maybe we could
use their pride against them?" and turns and sighs saying "Speak of the devil."
and runs across back to the grind stone.

Oyei says "Follow us... but leave time. We must not be seen to work together."
Murako blinks. "The boy is an -ass-! He demanded men to attack in the middle of
a storm. When asked why, he said.." She clears her throat and imitates a child's
whyny voice, "It's my treasure. I am the holy child. I want it I want it I want
it. I am the son of Heaven! I take what i want!"

Oyei calls out, "Coming with all speed, master!" She scurries back to Fukiyama's
side, eyes downcast.

Tokitaro hrms.

Fukiyama is waiting, and for Dawn, who hasn't seen this man, you're looking at a
man who is at least 7 feet tall and 450 pounds! He's dressed in silks and he
looks like a Sumo Wrestler.

Tokitaro says "I hope he wasn't referring to me as their brother, I'm not doing
any work for that guy.""

Fukiyama looks at Oyei. "Is that your oldest Brother? How are you? Do you wish
to work.? We have an important meeting coming up?"

Oyei nods, bashfully.

Murako toddles after, bowing humbly to Fukiyama if it seems appropriate.

 Tokitaro says, "with to work?"

Oyei says, "Wish"

Oyei says, "Fuki has a slight lisp."
Tokitaro says, "God, that was a lot of questions in one sentence. :)"

Shunsho comes up on his sandals wishing he had gone to eat before he stops
before Fukiyama and bows saying "Ah, what do you need of my Lord Fukyama?"

Kay Starr has arrived.

Kay Starr arrives... you may cheer now ;)

Tokitaro grumbles and follows his 'sister,' though he doesn't bow to Fukiyama.

The woman before you stands about 5'10" and weighs around 140 to 150 pounds.
Most of that weight is well toned muscles but you can't see that because of her
clothing. Her face is roundish, her eyes grey with flecks of blue and green.
Sometimes those eyes seem to change color ever so briefly. She has a cute little
pug nose and full lips that appear to have rarely smiled. Her cheeks are
naturally rosy and her dishwater blonde hair is feathered back as well as tucked
back behind her ears. Her shoulders are relatively wide, probably because of her
bone structure. Seems genetics blessed her with plenty of endowment, but she
hides it well under her clothing. Her long legs give way to size 8 feet.
Today she wears a oriental style shirt with dragons and unicorns on it
and blue jeans that fit somewhat loosely. Upon her feet black sandals. On her
right wrist she wear what appears to be a 2 inch wide bracelet with clear
polished stones set in a pattern.

 Tokitaro cheers...yay.

Kay Starr walks down the street, looking at the wares the citizens here are
selling. She gives any man daring to give her a rose a glare and shakes her head
at him. She's not interested. She spots a group ahead, ah.. maybe that's Danny
with those guys from last night.

Grove cheers as well. and shares his popcorn.

Fukiyama crosses his arms. He sees Kay and smiles. "Ha hA! My brother's woman! I
have not seen you today! Come, let me serve you food!"

Kay Starr smiles. "Why thank you Fukiyama." she mentally does not enjoy the term
of being someone's woman.. like she was OWNED!

Tokitaro smirks, and glares at Oyei like 'You actually listen to this hippo?'

Apparently, he shows lack of manners, and no trace of fear on his face.

Fukiyama looks at Murako. "Shunsho. Who is that little Geisha. I could use
another servent an my shop."

Oyei finds her slippers fascinating. She bustles off to prepare to serve the

lord Fukiyama.
Murako smiles humbly, and stomps on Tokitaro's toe, bowing most humble.

Shunsho ums and blushes saying "I honestly do not that woman is would you like
me to enquire?" and keeps a respectful manner.

Tokitaro thinks . o O (..)

Oyei (Female) looks at you. murako

Kay Starr raises a brow at Fuki but lets him do his thing.. (Gods the men here
are unbearable...)

Fukiyama slips Shunsho a gold coin. "Go inquire."

Shunsho bustles off and goes over to Murako and says "Ah miss the Lord Fukiyama
would like an audiance" with you and shows the gold coin after bowing quickly.

Kay Starr says "So Fukiyama.. seen your brother around?"

Fukiyama laughs. "Ha,, Ha. MY brother wrestled with me some earlier, but he was
tired. i let him sleep."

Kay Starr nods. "I see." she frowns. (How dare he get tired...)

Dwayne Taylor has arrived.

Murako ohhs, "yes, yes, right away, sir.." She bows down a bit, humbly, and
steps lightly to the Lord Fukiyama, bowing deeply. "You wished to speak you me,
noble sir?"

Dwayne Taylor says, "so what's the scene?"
Shunsho follows after Murako and stands behind her waiting.

Tokitaro stays where he's at.

Fukiyama smiles. "Come, I need servers. We have an important meaning. I've taken
the liberty of setting up a meeting with Kino, so Taylor San can speak with him.
These are serious times. Kay Starr, would you get him?"

Oyei cleans a pot.

Fukiyama points to the house of Lei-Kung. "All of you come. Come we must talk!"

Murako bows. "As you wish, sir." She follows after.

Kay Starr nods. "Oh sure." into her comm, "Dwayne.. hey Fuki wants to see you."
Kay Starr wasnt=wants

Shunsho follows after daming at the sandals he has to wear.

Dwayne Taylor is in another part of the city when he answers through his comm.

'On my way. Tell him I'll be there in a few."
A servant motions toward Oyei, Shunsho and Murako. He points toward the house.
"There is food we must serve."

Kay Starr answers to the comm, "We are meeting at Danny's fathers place."

Fukiyama laughs. "Ha, what a great device! You can talk to Taylor-san on it?"

Murako nods vigorously. "Yes, yes, show me what you wish me to do.."

Fukiyama laughs. "Oyei, this girl is a small country girl. HA, She is not wise
in the ways that you are."

Kay Starr nods. "Yes Fukiyama. He says he will join us shortly."

Dwayne Taylor responds through his comm. "I copy. I'll meet you guys there."
The House of Lei-Kung -- K'un L'un -- Mongolia.

A spacious house that is plain and yet majestic in its way. The walls
are authentic paper and wood and there are lots of rich tapestries and crystal
figures. The place is cooled by open windows and it looks out on from balconies
of some of the finer streets of K'un L'un. The house is spacious and you can
tell it's a warriors house, because it looks so much like Danny Rand's Dojo. The
walls are filled with weapons and the banner of Le-Kung and the House of
Rand-Kai hang side by side. The Line is complete except for one name which has
been torn off. A spacious table sits ready to accomidate the visitors to the
house. In the center of the room sits what looks like a crystal and it seems
very fragile, and seems to glow. You are drawn toward it, if you even look its
way.

Shunsho comes in picks up his food and starts looks over getting ready for
everyone to be seated.

Lei-Kung throws danny across the room!
Oyei comes in from The Fabled City of K'un L'un -- Mongolia
Oyei has arrived.

Lei-Kung laughs. "HA! Posture boy!"

Fukiyama pats Kay on the back. "HA Ha, Lei would be manly if he were as big and
strong as me!"

Oyei carries a platter of carved meat. Yes, Meat. It's what you killed for
supper.

Dwayne Taylor enters the house waving hello to everyone.

Kay Starr grimaces at the pats and sees Danny get thrown. "ouch..." she
mutters...

Lei-Kung looks at Danny. "Nurse your wounds later. Come Taylor-San. Sit Servants
Bring the wine."

Danny Rand nods and takes a seat and the table.

Fukiyama takes a seat with a loud Thud. "Oyei bring me some of the Pork."

Dwayne Taylor goes and sits. "I trust everyone is well?"

Shunsho looks arround at all them assembled and taps his feet against the floor
thinking O.o (Eww, that is gonna hurt.) before coming over with the wine per
orders saying to Fukiyama "Ah, Great lord what vintage do you perfer?"

Kay Starr takes a seat by Danny. "Wow.. your Dad usually do that?" she asks in a
whispered tone. She looks over at Dwayne. "I'm just great."

Danny Rand rubs the back of his head. "Yeah sometimes."

Murako looks over covertly, making note of the throw. She hurries to help serve
the meal, gracefully presenting appetizers to the assembled company, setting
them out on the table with tea-ceremony grace.

Kino Kim enters the house. "I am here to speak with the so-called Ambassadores!"

Kino sits across from Dwayne.. "What shall we speak of. War?"

Dwayne Taylor says "How about peace instead. We are not here to do battle."
Kino Kim throws the insignia he held last night onto the table. "Then Explain
this!" "Are we in danger?"

Kay Starr examines the back of his head. "You need ice." she mutters softly.

Danny Rand Smiles. "Can't leave table. I'll lose face."

Dwayne Taylor says "Like I said yesterday, you are not in any threat. We
recieved that from a friend of ours beyond the gate to this city.""

Murako bows humbly near Kay. "Is there anything further I can bring for you?"

Oyei arranges plates, and silverware. She prepares the first course, as the
other maiden performs the tea ceremony.

Kino Kim shakes his head. "No, Listen to me, Three weeks ago, a man came through
the gate. We stopped him from stealing and we beat him. I tore this off of him
and we through him throuhg the gate. Now what group did this man come from?"

Kay Starr looks up. "Ice for Rand-Kai?" she asks nicely. Wow, Kay's being nice?
Someone write this down.

Danny Rand smiles at Kay.

Murako bows humbly. "As you wish." She bustles off to the back to find ice.
Kay Starr smiles back at Danny. 'Sisters have to look out for their brothers.'
she whispers.

Kino looks at Danny. "So Rand-Kai, where is your Loud mouthed woman? Have you
beat her into submission?"

Danny Rand blinks.

Shunsho serves Fukiyama goes over to Kino Kim and says "Sir would you like some
wine?" and trying to be calming as him bows slightly.

Kino looks at Shunsho. "Move before I beat you senseless."

Danny Rand stands and Cold Cocks Kino!

Kay Starr thinks . o O (OH.. bad bad bad ... saw that coming.)

Kino falls to the ground!

Kay Starr is cheering on the inside, but her face is totally unreadable. She can
be controlled when she wants to be.

Shunsho grits his teeth and says as politely as he can "Yes... oh good shot
sir!" as Danny slams Kino

Danny Rand blinks. . o O (Dammit Dammit Dammit! Bad! Bad! Bad!)

Oyei carefully folds Kino back into his seat as he collapses.

Murako bustles back in with a wooden bowl of saved ice and cloth, and covers her
mouth at the sight. "oh my." She scurries over concernedly and looks Kino over
quickly.

Kay Starr puts the ice in the cloth. "Nice move Danno.. shall I book him now?"
she asks with a poker face.

Kino stands and looks at Dwayne and Danny. He nurses his bleeding mouth. "You
are not of K'un L'un. I have enough support to take the Key from you if I have
to." He grabs the insignia. "I also have enough support to call for a council."

Shunsho refrains from giving the bugger a swift kick and goes on undisturbed
trying to pretend nothing happened as he looks over at Dwayne as he moves over
saying "Would you like some wine sir?"

Danny Rand rubs his forhead. He's usually the calm one.
